Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Infinite Networks collects when you visit this website or use the services we supply, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you hold over it under Indian law.

Who We Are

Infinite Networks supplies virtual private servers, dedicated servers, KARL virtualisation, identity and access management, and containerised workstations. We are an independent company and operate the infrastructure behind those services ourselves.

Our office is #002, Ceaser's Castle, Sainikpuri, Defence Colony, Hyderabad 500 094, Telangana, India. Enquiries reach us by email at sales@infinite-networks.net for new work and support@infinite-networks.net for anything already running, and are handled by our own team.

In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we act as the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. Your name, work email address, telephone number, employer, and the content of any enquiry, quotation request or support message you send. This site carries no contact form: everything you send arrives as ordinary email.

Information collected automatically. Standard web server and analytics records for this site, including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested and the time of each request.

Information generated by delivering a service. For customers, the operational records needed to run what you have contracted: account and instance identifiers, resource usage, configuration history, backup and restore records, authentication and access events, and support correspondence.

We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send credentials, passwords or key material to us by email.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries, prepare specifications and quotations, and carry out pre-sales discussion.

To deliver, operate, monitor, patch, back up and support the services you have contracted, and to investigate incidents affecting them.

To manage the commercial relationship: contracts, invoicing, and the records Indian tax and company law require us to hold.

To keep our infrastructure and our customers secure, including detecting and investigating abuse, intrusion attempts and fraud.

To improve this website and understand which of its pages are useful, using aggregated analytics rather than individual profiling.

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent contact lists, and we do not use your data to build advertising profiles or to train third-party models.

Cookies And Analytics

This site uses cookies and equivalent storage only where they are needed for it to function or to measure how it is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics for this website are collected through Google Analytics, which records usage in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser or use a browser extension to opt out of analytics collection, and the site will continue to work.

Who We Share It With

Technology partners, where a product requires it. KARL Technology of Italy for containerised workstation engagements, limited to what is needed to size, license and support the deployment.

Service providers acting on instructions. This site uses Vercel for hosting and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Each is engaged to process data for a defined purpose and not for its own. There is no contact form, so nothing you send is handled by a form processor.

Authorities, where disclosure is required by law, by a court, or by a regulator with jurisdiction over us.

We do not share personal data with anyone else without telling you.

Where Your Data Is Held

Customer workloads and their operational data sit on infrastructure we own and operate, in the region agreed during scoping. Backups are held under the same terms and in the same agreed region as the primary copy, and we will tell you exactly where every copy lives before you commit.

Website analytics and form submissions are processed by the providers named above, which may store data outside India. Where that happens, transfers are made only to jurisdictions permitted under applicable Indian law and under the contractual terms those providers publish.

How We Protect It

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Administrative access to systems holding personal data is restricted to named staff, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged.

Backups are encrypted and verified rather than assumed, and restores are exercised on a cadence agreed with each customer.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, and we will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach as required by law.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains commercially useful and is then deleted.

Customer records are kept for the life of the contract and for the period afterwards required by Indian tax, company and contract law.

Operational logs and audit records are kept for the retention period written into the relevant service agreement. For identity deployments the event log sits in a database you control, so its retention is your decision rather than ours.

When a retention period ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed, ask for it to be corrected, completed or updated, and ask for it to be erased where we are not required to keep it.

You may withdraw consent you have previously given, and you may nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are incapacitated or deceased.

You may raise a grievance with us and, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these, write to the grievance officer named below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose one person's data to another.

Children

This site and the services described on it are intended for businesses and the people who work in them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to the grievance officer and we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published here.
